Of course, we do have extreme weathers resulting from global warming at few specific locations. But on the whole, the total fluid mass needs to be conserved. Right?
The entire global system has to be in "Dynamic Equilibrium" - Right?

That's what I precisely meant.
Extreme weather includes both global warming as well as global cooling.
In both the cases, I think, the total fluid mass will be conserved and the system is supposed to be under "Dynamic Equilibrium".
But I am not sure about the spatial and temporal distribution of the fluid mass over which the conservation holds good.
Hence, it looks as if we are heading towards a global warming breaking the dynamic equilibrium, which is actually not.
For the earth and its associated atmosphere, the time frame associated with the dynamic equilibrium condition seems to be higher than an average human life span. And subsequently, we fail to focus the problem of interest on a larger time scale and this particular aspect seems to punish the human with immediate effect.

It is well known that the water is stored in the earth's spheres (lithosphere, atmosphere and hydrosphere) and the water is re-positioned on the planet within the hydrological cycle. In addition the third possibility of the water source on our plant, (one of the theories of water sources), indicates that the source of water is originated to the space, where the studies of space and satellites and the observation of the atmosphere that there are dark spots with a diameter of each (48) km. Scientists have predicted that it is ice gases evaporate into outer space, forming clouds of water vapor, where these spots absorb the ultraviolet radiation, forming black spots within the bright background of ultraviolet radiation. The mass of this water was estimated at about 200 kg entering the atmosphere in one minute, means 60 million kg each year, which represents (0.0025) mm thickness if distributed and dispersed on the surface of the globe. the question? is the income vapour water stay within atmosphere or inter the hydrologic system, what happen in case of staying for long residence time? and what about green house?

I agree with your point on the extra-terrestrial water. We also have the theory mentioning that enhanced terrestrial water supply resulting from cosmic snowballs. In addition, we may also include the comets that are in the ice form and which try to strike the earth's surface in an uncompacted snow form, and which finally get vaporized thousands of kilo-meters above the atmosphere (because the snow balls will get dispersed by wind as it descends). The theory says that the water from comets use to break at a relatively larger altitude, nearly 20,000 km above the earth's surface. In total, we can include this extra component (celestial precipitation) either as a source/sink. Apart from snow-ball comets, we also have the evidence of liquid water (which are older than the solar system) from meteorites. The point is - we are going to have more and more source or sink terms based on the various additional components. At the end of the day, the total fluid mass should be conserved at any point of time but at the expense of an unknown time-scale. And, this is where, we have a problem, I suppose.

Loss of human lives and properties - along the coastal regions - resulting from global warming - is not a punishment?
The recent Kaja cyclone in South India devastated so many agricultural farm lands and the poor people from those villages have lost their livelihood.
I do agree that cyclone is a natural phenomena.
But, it is the global warming that has increased the number of extreme weather events and have really become a problem to the humans.
