I'm coming from South Sulawesi, a big island in eastern part of Indonesia. In my areas we have Apis trigona, an endemic stingless bee. Commonly local people used them as food especially eggs and immature stages (larval, pupae). The another products is honey and propolis. Their taste and colour is bitter and darkest than Apis mellifera product.
