Ideal researcher would be one doing genuine research on a topic or an intervention which would probably benefit the outcome of patient in the field of medicine.

an ideal researcher should be open-minded and up to date about his/her area of interest. There should be a provision of one to one interaction between the researchers of common field.

for the medical profession, I believe we need to balance patient care and continue the quest for knowledge through research
