HI Vithal and thank you for your answer. But I need more details- can I grow TB in shaker at 37 or does it need special conditions of growth?

If you shake incubate at 37 yield may in suspension, but the media suggested is generally used for pellical growth.you may incubate the containers at 37 in 6% CO2 atmosphere.
