In order to extract the locomotion of knee or ankle, I have to used complex vision algorithms besides the kalman's filter algorithm. Needed is a simulink set of blocks or even a reliable code to extract a marked point locus/part.
My Input is a 4 Video Stream which capture the human gait from different angles. There are colored marked points over a specific point where we want to get the path of each point. However, many research uses Inertial Module Unite IMU which it does cost so much compered with video techniques. finally, the I would my output be the 2D path or 3D path for a certain point on the human body.
Okay, I'm working to apply and adopt your solution. till now, it seems promising.
