There is a number of collected samples from individuals that visited local clinics for routine check-up. Along with demographics available are also some epidemiological information, regarding pet animal possession.
Some IFAT tests have been run on these specimens but I wonder if the rest of the sera are of no use anymore or there is some zoonotic agent(s) which could be investigated. Thank you for the attention.

I investigated parasite infection situation in commune by check human serum. in parallel, I collect the worm sample to detect by molecular method. in next survey, I ll compare a different between the worm sample and human serum by molecular methods .

Serology combined with clinical presentation of patient is generally enough for dengu. If you know epidemiology of dengue in the setting is s bonus
PCR assays have been developed for virtually all zoonotic and non-zoonotic agents. For precise innformation you may enter inn PubMed just the name of the agent you are interested in plus PCR - you will retrieve numerous papers.
the question is if there is any diagnostic value for zoonotic agents and which in plain human serum samples. I can think of the general idea of viruses (since they are of extremely low specific weight and they are refractory to the force of centrifugation) but i have not any specific insight on which or for other pathogen category.
