I want to doped with yttrium oxide and observe its piezoelectric property. But I could not find any review paper with it. Can anyone send me review papers for this topic? My email id is [email protected]

Hi, BCZT-based materials exhibit higher d33 values compared to KNN-based materials. Hence, BCZT-based sample is a more suitable for applications requiring high piezoelectric characteristics. While, KNN offers advantages like high Curie temperature and temperature stability which is useful in high-temperature applications.
