You have to choose a model of the cell's membrane that reflects your problem mostly and create it using a modelling tool like the VMD.

For example, you could choose membrane created of phosphatidylcholine.

I think you are a beginner in md simulation. Try to find out membrane composition (literatures). You can use charmm-gui server or vmd like tools to prepare your membrane.
