Following Dr. W.R. Dick you should have to ask yourself what you want to achieve. If you just want to spread the knowledge, then the publish on line you can do it on RG or many other forms. But before you are planing to do it I would check to how to make your work such that other will interested in it.

Lambert, Germany publish thesis as book...good luck

Firstly, most theses generate peer reviewed articles that are citable in good quality journals, Secondly, double check that your own university may have already published your thesis on its website. I found my PhD posted in my university website (University of London) and I down loaded a copy on my research gate. Thirdly, If you have not yet done so, It is better to extract a couple of papers and submit them for publication in relevant peer reviewed journals. That gives you a better academic credit. Finally, if none of the above worked, you can still post your complete thesis on research gate. Best of luck.
