I have to prepare aqueous extracts from the plant powder and I wanted to know the weight of the powder that I have to mix with the volume of distilled water to have a concentration of 100%.
If your concentration is designed for 100% (w/v), then: use 100 g plant powder in 100 mL water. See attached document.
100 g of dehydrated sample powder in 100ml of distilled water is 100% aq. extraction.
How do soil microflora interact with plant roots and influence plant nutrition, health, and productivity?
