In fly ash leaching there are various factors that influences the rate of heavy metal release. I want to know about most dominant leaching factor for heavy metal release in Indian perspective.
There are two Factors:
1. Environmental medium properties such as pH ( for ionizable molecules), soil properties such as Porosity, granulometry amoug others), precipitation (Water volume to move molecules).
2. Molecular properties such as: Solubility, Log Kow, Log Koc and molecular size.
Both factors have a close relationship. Thus way, although you could know the molecular properties, you should know the properties in the dispertion medium.
