i want to generate lee holographic pattern using Digital micro mirror device , i am using DLP650LE for the cause , is it necessary to use development board and controller board to control the array of micro mirrors , if yes what are the compatible development and evaluation module for it.

in view of the complexity of such a system and of the brevity of the documentation, it seems highly advisable to use the complete chipset by TI, as mentioned in the datasheet. However, TI doesn't seem to offer an evaluation board or a reference design board for the DLP650LE.
So, I'm afraid you have to choose between
a) designing a board yourself (a lot of work = a lot of fun, provided you are successful (I myself would think twice, the DLPC4422 has more than 500 pins, one recommended clock frequency is 320 MHz => 1/10 wavelength in FR4 is about 50 mm)) or
b) using another micromirror device. Please have a look at the "Reference Designs" mentioned on page 7 of the following document:

These boards use the DLP660TE resp. the DLP470NE. Perhaps one of these is suitable for your application, too.
