An email to the corresponding author, asking for a copy is quite common, I believe. If the researcher has a profile here, you can do this via Researchgate.

None of the researchers have a profile on ResearchGate. Here is the webpage for the article: http://www.aaajournals.org/doi/abs/10.2308/accr-51818?code=aaan-site. Your institution may have a subscription or you could purchase the article. Alternately as John-Arne Skolbekken points out, you could write the authors. The web page for the article includes details on the co-authors respective universities. This would provide all the details you need to do a web search for their e-mail addresses.
