I want the analytical solution for Maxwell equations in the left handed materials?

In meta-materials both Permeability and Permittivity are negative. This based on solving maxwell's equations in this case. Veselago the Russian scientist was the first one published publish a paper about this in 1968

1- I know the analytical method to solve Maxwell's equations in the right handed medium(RHM), but i want to know the solution in left handed medium (LHM). How K " wave number"will reverse its direction while the Poynting vector S in the same direction as in the RHM through the solution of the equations.

2- Will the wave equation change?
