Dear All,
What is the normal practice you do to see particle when you put your PDMS microfluidic channel on the LiNbO3 and circulate water + particle through the channel ?
My particle is white small sphere, and I can see it clearly under light microscope. But when I put my PDMS channel on LiNbO3 plate 0.5mm thickness, I can not see my particle clearly.
Is it the problem of my particle or I should use different type of microscpoe ?

Try to change the contrast. Most probably your LiNbO3 crystal plate is white in colour. Any shinning light on to this plate will get reflected all of it. When you keep your channel on to this, reflected light floods your visualizing instruments. Coloring your particles or providing suitable background will eliminate this problem very easily.
