Simply, it is an experiment to compare the number of bacteria in a dental root canal without dressing the canal with medication and after dressing the dental root canal with medication . The attached file clarifies what i am saying. The problem that the bacterial account is mentioned in log of cfu so i cannot know the real number of bacteria .For example and according to the table, if i want to the know the real number of bacteria in the control group which is log of cfu of 6.73.how can i calculate the number ? and thank you

You need to simply calculate antiLog in base of 10.
In control, populayion is 5.3 × 10^6

Anti log of 6.7 is equal to 5370000 CFU/ml
If you writ it in scientific style it will be 5.4× 10 power 6 (10^6).
