Culture respresents ideology, the reification of beliefs and attitudes and biases into a social and economic marketspace econometry through the salience of abstractable data that can act as information to reform our stratagems with respect to our approach to responding to market integration, and market sufficiency to handle new demands through the gestation of imports and exports and infrastructural development.  Any cultural reduction of information beyond specifics is a form of an anthropological set of assumptions about the roles of our sense of business models influence upon the salience of adaptable marketframe expectations such that what we learn to demand or cultivate relative exchanges for are informed by a trans-lateral economic model, so that we are not importing false market expectations hence your question is well posited, poised and predicated.

  Unfortunately there are no rule of thumb models for anticipating the supply and demands of various differential models, and experiment is the only sound predictor of the marketing of any product or production.  With this in mind social research across cultural boundaries is probably your best bet for garnishing information about a culture's influence on the marketing of products, ideas, ideals and innovations.  Common sense while a good guide is not an indicator in and of itself and ought to be informed by the constitution of novel directions for the emergence of new commercial practices, and market diversity in the face of social stratification and biases of consumer practices as informed by the emergence and sensibilities of certain social practices.  With enough experience one may guess the relevance of certain kinds of production, but not necessarily the significance of all forms of productive components natural to the gestation and generation of new enculaturated or acculturated demands in the presencing of marketing campaigns and their role in cultivating demands.  A firm working knowledge of nations their sanctions and the proclivities of the general public is but one set of considerations in the mapping of desire and demand. 

  Central to the issue of the cultivation of Culture as an indicator of methodological bias, is our own assumptions, and these must be removed for a sample of objectivity to be empirically based on the basis of intercultural models that either shape the cultural landscape on the basis of what we assume or on the basis of what assumptions we eliminate and that too is a function of Culture, hence it's a problem such that the power to eliminate influences is itself an influence and a cultivated contradiction that makes sense in the search for objective results.  Unfortunately on one level yet ultimately fortunately  in our ethnographic comparisons what we bring to the table is content and context. It's as though we are on a moving ground trying to hit a moving target with a projectile that does not travel in straight lines....that is the character of our assessment of culture alone.  BUT robustly we must ask what is culture.

  Culture is on one level the need to predict and formulate a strategy to deal with changes in the stochastic content of our experience, and as such is an effort to challenge and develop a transformation of how Nature presents itself to us, and as a means to incorporate sameness and difference in concordance with policy and cultivational conventions that structure language and prescience with respect to normative models that inculcate for us an impression for the evolvement of expression of normal on balance instantiations of cultural messages plural that inhere even in the specificity of singular tasks.  Getting at the multiplicity in singularity is necessary as a strategy goes as it gives us multiple strategies or a tool-set in order to deal with ways of instantiating options to our given goal or goal set.  In business this is the desire to maximize exhanges and share in benefits optimally in ways that exchange a great share of benefit for the utility and translocation of goods and services in the context of materials and work necessary to appreciate, transform consumer landscapes and saturate products and works in exchange for the security and formation of new developments always in the context of either obsoletion or optimal integration. 

  A good example of both obsoletion and optimal integration is the book in the face of e-books.  The market tells us that people will choose ebooks on the basis of price, but that in the face of the fidelity of translations and original documents the presence of books is ever to be an optimal integration- this means that it is present in a society for an enduring period of time- the presence of clean drinking water is an example of optimal integration- a company with a robust understanding of say the urgency to build wells must realize that the depletion of water tables plays a role and the specificity of markets to strategies of preservation is essential.  IN RELATION TO THE BOOK market, Culturally out of the box considerations go into our reformation of considerations on the marketspace such that we consider the role of increased populations and diminishing forest areas to assure us that the pulp industry is the core anchor consideration of our power to predict the marketplace such that we can surmise that there will ever be a limited market for the book industry unless we take on reforestation inititiatives, but viruses can affect electronics whereas a book can be recyled and open without hinderance, and does not depend on innovations in the calculation processing power of our ever changing medium.  AND many markets depend on oboletion, but not all.

  It's rather unfortunate that in our calculatory bias we do not plan for optimal market saturations with this sort of preemptive tactic, but ultimately a question of saturation and integration challenges affects how we treat problems of obsoletion or whether we look at this as an opportunity to optimally integrate new resource types in the formation of new markets.  I am with all of this in mind, in favour of a robust understanding of Anthropology in order to affect and influence our perceptions, agencies and options in future as a model through which to appreciate cultural mappings of the realms of motivations and manifestations of prime resources and "Presources" being the accumulation of refined expertise that is both predicated on the salience of engrained coils of data and their propensity to be affected by economies of unexpected decisive success or failures of the totality of the system to create virtual limitations on its modus operandi on the basis of saturations of enculturative or acculturative policies affecting and influecing the marketspace ecologies in which our assessments of business opportunities are perpetuated on the basis of the techniques available to our groups and their incentives to formulate a holonic system in whose purview mereological components enter into a concinnity of structural considerations.

Our fealty to generating such considerations are monumental, else market dissolve occurs even in secure sectors of our business incentives on the basis of our adopting a model for sustainability ((see the movie The Big Short for a sense robustly or to use my term 'envelopopulately" for a sense of what I am speaking of)) that ought to be our priority in business to begin with in ways that comport and eschew obfuscations to our bias in ways that make opportunity salient to us.  Fortunately for us this involves many avenues of consideration and development and inter-incorporates the foundation of novel developments for the progression of strategies inherent to our innovating strategies to deal with the procedural ideologies such as patents and intellectual property and creative commons as strategies to deal with the freedom of information and access to resources be they material, or ideological, and having to do with the social and politicial as well as robustly polemical dispositions of a culture or group.  Understanding thus conflict theory and culture theory are likewise essential stratagems to encoding and decoding the saliency of strategies available to us to maximize markets and exchanges in the production of sustainable markets and within the cultivation and evolution of new markets and new systematic reticulations of products and productions taking place in the lens of different cultural marketplaces.
