I need the wavelength dependant refractive index and relative permittivity (real and imaginary) can anyone tell me from where i can get these????????

The refractive index of different semiconductor (i.e. Cu2O, ZnO, MoS2) are needed. Please suggest any paper or site from where i can get it.
