I need the change in length to then calculate youngs modulus

Im having trouble with an assignment. i need to find the change in length of a simply supported beam with the application of load at the middle point, but im not sure how to go about it, and the radius of curvature equation is confusing me. can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have recorded the deflection in the y axis.
