I am currently working on developing a composite index to measure corporate citizenship – specifically Global Business Citizenship as defined by the theory of Global Business Citizenship (GBC). I have operationalized the four high-level GBC theory steps, or constructs, elaborated by Wood et al. (2006), into a useful survey instrument and weighted index.  The index will assesses the maturity level a company has attained toward becoming a global business citizen.

This addresses your Social Enterprise variables.
