I need simplest method to find the amount of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin in date palm wood wastes?

Please provide me the simplest procedure. Papers that have used and explained the procedure means not only mention the ASTM or TAPPI. Or if anybody can give mt the complete ASTM and TAPPI pdfs.

You can use the method that have been published by National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) with the title "Determination of Structural Carbohydrates and Lignin in Biomass". This procedure uses a two-step acid hydrolysis to fractionate the biomass into forms that are more easily quantified. Please find the method in the attached file.
