My experience is that entrepreneurial finance may not necessarily lead to innovation. If someone has an interesting innovation, possibly a disruptive one, there is money available from investors particularly venture capitalists. That said, with the arrival of crowd-funding many innovations are finding investors who are willing to invest. I have myself invested via crowdfunds in such businesses that are innovative. The risk of losing is high but I want to give innovative ideas/products the chance they richly deserve -- at last count I have invested in more than 15.

so please help me, i need scale to measure theses variables? formal finance means traditional financing like bank which take collateral and long procedure to approve and other is informal finance which include finance from family, friends without any collateral, only self reputation is required to get loan.
