Pretty sure P4VASP is obsolete nowadays, as it has not been updated in a very long time. In fact, last time I tried to use it, it had inherent incompabilities with the modern versions of python and installing it was therefore not an easy task. You might want to use py4vasp.

p4vasp is no longer being updated, and only an older Linux-compatible version is available on GitHub as mentioned by Rémi Pasquier. If possible, consider using other Python tools like py4vasp, VASPKIT, or ASE, which offer similar functionalities. Additionally, numerous Python-based source codes are available on GitHub repositories that may meet your needs.
I think no recent update on P4vasp however it is working well till now for some functions. if you need exe file for windows. The link is attached below.
