If your sample is composed of a single (crystal) phase, then you cannot have all three magnetic behaviour (para-, ferro- and superparamagnetism) at the same temperature (at which your M(H) curve has been recorded). Namely, the order of appearance of different magnetic behaviour (i.e. magnetic phase) with the decreasing temperature should be paramagnetism, ferromagnetism and superparamagnetism. Therefore you can not determine "percentage of each phase" from the single magnetization curve, since you have just a single magnetic phase at a certain temperature.

I recorded M-H curves at different temperatures 300k,150k,50k,4k,2k So at low temperatures it looks paramagnetic phase and hysteresis loop is opening by zooming but at high temperatures the loop have very very small opening to looks closing of loop. Can i determine now these percentages

Dear colleague, It would be helpful for the consideration of your data if you can post your graphs together with the questions. It seems that you also measured M(T), not just M(H)? Nevertheless, the presence of hysteresis in your M(H) curves (no matter how small the coercive field is) shows that your sample is not in the paramagnetic region. Therefore you may not utilise Curie-Weiss (CW) law for the analysis, since it is valid in the paramagnetic region only. Anyhow, from the CW fit you may see the value of the effective magnetic moment (mf) and CW temperature. The mf value can be helpful in making conclusions on the type and concentration of magnetic ions, while CW temperature may indicate the type of (predominant) magnetic interactions among these ions.
