in general, we grow different structures with different wells number, yhen we compare the performances such as dark current, efficiency...

Thank you #Anouar Jbeli. In my case i need an experimental background of the effect of number and width of wells the AlGaAs/GaAs p-i-n solar cell on the figure of merits. In addition the effect of well-barrier interface recombination velocity variation with wells parameters (number and width) stay ambiguous for me.
