I need Enzyme activity assay to test my enzyme gene?

I'm working on SufS which is responsible for Cysteine desulfurase activity that provide Sulfur atom during Iron-Sulfur cluster, I tried different assays but couldn't successes, so I'm ask any expert scientist to follow their protocol, so kindly if you have such a protocol, please provide me, its will highly appreciated. thank you.
