I need a co-author for a scopus article to participate in ІСSF 2021, Innovative Approaches for Solving Environmental Issues Workshop (IASEI-WS'2021), Kyiv. The article has already been written and is ready for publication. I am the main athor of this article. It is is an overview article about means of remote monitoring of air quality, and the possibility of their use for operational monitoring in Ukraine. I place a discreet emphasis on using the UAV.

Patrick S. Michael , yes i know and I'm disgusted to do so, but please understand me: I`m a young ukranian researcher with no connections from forein countries. In our country (that named in the world like "post U.S.S.R. country") this is a very big problem for young researcher to find and to communicate with forein collegues. Thats why, consider this step (my question on RG) an attempt to find and communicate with foreign colleagues.
The second reason to do so is the requirement of the publication, which is indicated on the conference website: Due to the promotion of international collaboration of authors and visibility of the conference, we expect that at least 40% of authors will be from outside Ukraine.
