Dear seismologists of China. I remember that you were the first to actually use the harbinger: "animal behavior change" and it gave you the opportunity to save people's lives.
In the process of research, I understood the reason why you got a negative result when you repeated the application of the method.
On further study of the causes and the harbinger, I found a wave - a harbinger (KaY-wave) and created a sensor that, when connected to the network, gives the parameter (place, time, strength of the future earthquake ten to dozens of hours before the start of the tremors).
I see that apart from China, not a single country wants to introduce methods and equipment to save people's lives.
I am 75+ and I am ready to team up with you and build experimental groups of stations for accurate short-term earthquake prediction. If any of you are in Haifa (at the Technion), you can contact me.
