I fabricated a thin-film transistor with an organic semiconductor (mobility~ 1 cm^(2)/V s) based on Bottom-gate bottom-contact structure (BGBC). Then, I measured charge carrier mobility using a semiconductor device parameter analyzer. However, I got this unusual graph. Please give me some advice for the improvement.

1) Unfortunately, I am unaware of the device's doping concentration. I used C8-BTBT as an organic semiconductor using thermal evaporation.
2) I got an on-current behavior by controlling dielectric thickness from 1 μm to 500 nm, but hysteresis effect occurred in the transfer curve. Does its thickness control cause hysteresis effect or do you have another idea of this phenomenon?
