The first journal was a spam, i checked it out.
The 2nd journal: Journal of Life Sciences, USA.
I have till now presented 3 posters in 3 international conferences. I have been recieving mails for my 3rd poster. Are these Spam mails or genuine?
It is better not to proceed. I agree with the colleagues who consider that these journals are likely predatory, trying to collect money easily.

Most likely spam. As soon as you publish anything you will start to get emails from 'junk journals'. Best to ignore them

Vasudeva Sir, They have not asked for money, but they are asking for transfer of copyright agreement.
Usually journal will send Call for Papers to a mailing list. In my understanding, they seldom invite a particular author to submit a paper. Sometimes, PC Chair of a conference will invite authors of some selected papers to submit extended version of a particular paper to a special issue of a journal. However, it is unlikely that the editor/guest editor will invite author of poster to submit a journal paper.
There are good chances that they might be some predatory journals, which may end up asking you to pay the fee etc. One has to be very careful in sending his/her work. We can not let out brain child to be spoiled by such journals. Even though if the journal is not a spam but however publishes very ordinary level work is threat to your future, as the work will remain against your name till the end of times.
The best advice is to look the publisher, its volume number, its affiliations and then the editorial board. Renowned publishers mostly have reliable journals, the volume number suggests us the number of years the journal is in the market and the affiliations (associations e.g listed at Thomas Reuters etc. ) validated their credibility.

It might be a predatory journal. The editorial peer review process should be described precisely. Money can be requested as a processing fee.
Many of us are only getting to know about predatory journals. The trap is the idea of International publication.
Sure, they are likely to be predatory journals. Soon, they will ask for your money. Better be careful.

They are predatory. No journal would approach you for content as an individual. As above they put out Calls for Papers as a normal way to proceed.

Once you publish in an open access journal, you loose your email!
The real problem is not predatory journals, but big publishers who are making good business with public money
