I have rat primers for ER stress. Can I use these primers on Zebrafish?

I have rat primers for ER stress(IRE1, XBP1, PERK, CHOP and BIP). But I'm experimenting with zebrafish's liver now. Can I use these primers on zebrafish?

Very unlikely at the nucleotide level. The zebrafish genome is online so it is easy enough to check or to make new primers for fish.
