I have three different cutoffs for all three cases and now I want to get a scaled values and cutoff from all studies.
I want to get scaled values instead of original values and also single scaled cutoff for High, Medium and Low.
Basically I want to generalize values and cutoff from all three cases.
I guess you are asking a programming question but you do not say and you do not specify what language you want to program in.

@Andreas Sir Thank you for your response but Its not a programming question. I want to assign cutoff for each single value. Above you have grouped them and assigned a cutoff. But, I want to specifically find whether that data point(value) falls in which cutoff after scaling or combining. example : if value > 0.7 than High, if value 0.3 < value < 0.7 than medium, If value < 0.3 than low.
I want to scale each value such that I get common single cutoff HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW to distinguish all values.
for example in your case value 0.3 is categorized Low for model B and Medium for model A. I want to scale such that it generalizes cutoff.
