Dear Pranav,
The dogma has always been that AAV, particularly single-stranded AAV, takes many days to switch on. However in our experience, expression is detectable within 24 hours and, for luciferase at least, is hitting peak expression by 3 days after neonatal i.v. or i.c. delivery.

I was more of the opinion that the expression invivo would take more time , maybe about 10-14 days.
Probably for adult organisms , it might vary depending on which area do you inject.
