The main purpose of the document is to provide students interested in applied animal behavior research a tool for finding graduate programs that they might be interested in, as well as giving faculty and other persons a more systematic and comprehensive tool for advising students about their graduate school options. First of all, that`s an awsome idea!
Maybe adding some colours in the columns could make it faster and easier to search for information. Also, I think "double clicking" the cells to check for more information makes it harder for the user. I would suggest enlarging the cell so it fits the entire text without "double clinking" and stuff.

Good start. I recommend looking at the author indexes in the top 10 animal behavior journals or sections within journals to ensure that you haven't missed programs. You may wish to look at this site: http://www.faeis.ahnrit.vt.edu/ to see if you are missing MS and PhD programs. Also NSF has a lot of data here: http://www.nsf.gov/statistics/infbrief/nsf08311/ . Finally, look at one of the citation indexes like Web of Science and do a few searches on key words to make sure that you are not missing programs. In terms of descriptions of settings, you might want to look at terms like "free-ranging", "confined", "caged", "pastoral", "production agriculture", 'exotic" to add more to the descriptions. And I am not sure you have included insects, pests, bees and other animals that have been studied extensively. For example, if one reads Honeybee Democracy by Thomas Seeley at Cornell, you'll learn amazing things about animal behavior.
Let me add one other comment. Linus Pauling was once visiting our lab and a graduate student asked what graduate students should study. Pauling replied that one ought to study in an area more "basic" than the area in which you plan to work. If you want to be a physicist, study math; if you want to be a chemist, study physics, etc. So if you want to have a career in applied behavior, should you study neuroscience or chaos theory? I think sometimes it can be more helpful to be trained in an area slightly different than the one in which you will work, because you bring unique talents that most in that field don't have already.
@JackHaidenBritt i got the idea and i agree in theory. But practice might differ. Being educated as a vet but working cross in IT since 2010, i assure you, it would be much easier to be successful having a formal education in that field. Our world is looking for formal qualifications not capabilities ;-(

I like it! And all of the additions here. Is it possible to add a column with an animal type, like Dog, Cattle, etc? Another column with a research key word would be helpful, like Cognition, Behavior, Observation and so on.
It is great that you are doing this. It is a lot of work. I would put a create date on the spreadsheet or in the title.
