There are two load cases. The first one includes the own weight and the pre-stressing forces in the cables. While the following one includes the imposed live load. Both cases are nonlinear static considering the "P-Delta plus Large Displacements" effect.
I am doing a parametric study on this structure by changing the number of modules in each direction, the span/depth ratio and other parameters. The imposed live load is 0.75 KN/m^2. I think it's a bit large but not very large since this structure (with the same dimensions) is safe under the same live load with different parameters. In addition, I increased the sizes of both steel bars and cables many times than the first assumed ones and it still doesn't work.
in such a complex structure the error can be due to many issues. ..also bad modelling,... discretization, loss of stiffness, etc. .. I think that the best solution could be to increase complexity in geometry step by step.. and then include effects such as P-delta, etc..
another way to understand if the error arises from stiffness problems you can add more restraints and see if it works and then delete them till you locate the error.
