In the past month, August 2023, I have tried repeatedly to contact Researchgate.net staff about some papers I have posted here. One paper is posted only as an abstract, but the main text is missing; the other was posted for 3 days (abstract and full text) and then it disappeared from my research record. I wish to find out why?
My repeated attempts to contact Researchgate.net staff to receive answers to these questions have been declined. I received an automated message stating that "access to the 'contact' site has been denied".
I do not understand what the problem is here.
If anyone else has had similar experiences, please let me know.

I understand it can be a bit challenging, especially as ResearchGate's processes aren't entirely clear. I've tried to find relevant information online but haven't had much luck. It may be helpful to review the metadata on your papers, as that can affect their visibility on the platform. Please note that it might take some time for new citations to be displayed.

Some of the problems you may solve yourself. See, e.g., the instructions at https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293005132305-How-to-add-research. Just upload the full text if copyright allowes to do so.

Wolfgang, I tried this avenue, and in fact that is how I have been able to successfully add all of my papers (100 or so) here in the past. But this particular paper is giving me the problem I mentioned. No copyright issues are involved, since the Figures I posted with the paper have been in the public domain more than 25 years ago.
Hsin-Yuan, I have reviewed the metadata repeatedly, but no outlet there either.
The problem remains, I can't get in touch with Researchgate.net staff, using the "contact us" link they provide. I'm denied access to it.

That's frustrating indeed. I'm afraid your last resort might just be to take it to social media. Best of luck.
Perhaps they blocked you, because you sent too much requests? But this is just a guess. As I wrote yesterday, users should add their publications themself - see the instructions.
Wolfgang R. Dick I just sent them two inquiries, to explain to me why; one via the "Help Center" and the other through the "Contact us" windows.

Samuel O. Onyuma Thanks for your reply. I have sent them an email, too, which has come back as undeliverable. Maybe I had an out-of-date email address (actually I replied to an old email I had received from them two years ago).
