Thanks Aparna and Adel. May I know more about it. Actually I have the Xc vs Xr curve. Shoulf I need to transfer the values to some control functions before getting it done in matlab.

Xc or Xf are recognized as phase variations Krishnadas .

Its Xc vs Xr graph. It can be termed as Nyquist plot in electrochemistry. Can I use this graph in matlab to extract the electrical components.

They are electrical components . My suggestions (stick with Matlab)

Get the [re ,im,w] from Nyquistplot ( Xc,Xr)

Check for non-zeros im because this is phase component (or Capacitance)

re is anyway the resistance part .

For both non-zero re and im it should be C and R (they come in parallel that is the norm)

Worst case : share the data with me , shall try some gimmicks
