I had done protein estimation in groundnut by using lowrys method, I had done serial dilution 10 times by using PBS buffer. How to calculate values?

My sample weight is 0.02 grams. Instead of using centrifuge I used PBS buffer with serial dilution (10 times). I got some OD values, how to calculate it?
