I asked each subject to enter three stories and then I calculated different metrics for each stories like word count, words per sentences, number of devices used etc.

My question is which test is appropriate for this kind of analysis. Each subject gave different stories and each story has its own metrics ?

Moreover, their gender, age, experience information is also repeated when I added them on excel sheet.
