I get error once I want to do data variation for one parameter to fit experimental data on AFORS-HET. Does anyone had the same experience/solution?

For example, to assess the data fitting by AFORS-HEt, I simulated a solar cell and I got IV curve for that. the measurement voltage points I used are the same I imported for fitting result, I set the simulator to vary the thickness of base to fit the resul. however, once the software start to measure IV curve, once the IV curve is measured I get the error which is in the picture bellow. has anyone had a same problem as me? any suggestions/solutions?

I have also got the similar error in AFORS-HET for different situation. Once adjusting the range of simulation parameters, I'm able to mitigate the error. Hope it helps...
