only in grads it showing blank but in NCL plots are coming. please suggest.
Use ARWpost for converting WRF output to ctl and dat files. Have you done that ?.

Firstly, how did you generate the ctl file for wrf output? Basically, you can do it manually by knowing the dimensions and variables list after dumping the wrfout files (i.e. using ncdump). "Blank plot" on GrADS could be caused by many things. I suggest you to use ARWpost or UPP for post-processing if you want to generate GrADS file from the wrfout files.
Thank you and sorry for late Arun Aravind , Ardhi Adhary Arbain . But I generated ctl file using ARWpost then only its giving blank plots, but same wrf ouput is giving me plots in NCL.
Have you checked the ctl file and ensured that output variables are there in ctl file. It can be also checked by using the query command in grads.
Black plot probably due to incorrect run of ARWpost. In that case check the namelist.ARWpost file

About running ARWpost what could be the mistakes..
Have you checked the time setting in the namelist of ARWpost? Any suspicious messages while running it?
