I did XRD of solution processed ZTO( Zinc Tin Oxide) and obtained sharp peak at 33 and about 34.4, a blunt one. So, what could it be? Any suggestions?

XRD, ZTO, Zn2SnO4, ZnSnO3 or a-ZTO?

And it has two JCPDS file 74-2184 and 73-1725 which I can't obtain and I have seen papers that at 33 it is a-Zn2SnO4 and at 34.5 it is spinel.
