How do I estimate the center point in using the model for prediction

This is quite confusing. I would recommend that you confirm your inputs into the 2 x 4 factorial design. Center point should not appear as a parameter in your equation. Note that the center point generally refers to the midway point of your factors depending on what your design variables are.
