I can't open tdr file in TCAD. Is there any solution for opening tdr file? Or is this a problem related to memory of Computer?

I'm using Sentaurus TCAD tool, but i can't open tdr file, whereas i can open plt files.

In detail, tdr file is turned off while the file is loading, when the loading for opening file reach 65%.

How can i solve this problem?

Dear Jihoon Kim, there are possibly two reasons: 1) It is possible that the home disk, which contains the program and results files, is full. 2) It is possible that in your simulated structure, which was created in SDE there are some mistakes
