I can't open tdr file in TCAD. Is there any solution for opening tdr file? Or is this a problem related to memory of Computer?

I'm using Sentaurus TCAD tool, but i can't open tdr file, whereas i can open plt files. In detail, tdr file is turned off while the file is loading, when the loading for opening file reach 65%....
