Vitamin B complex
I have developed an HPLC method to detect and measure some of B complex vitamin. What instrument do you want to use?

The mobile phase system is ammonium acetate and methanol/milli q, that used gradient elution. Other parameters set up depend on your instrument. I highly recommend you to look at some papers on vitamin B (thiamin, niacin, etc etc).
