For Bimetallic nanoparticles, you have to optimize the the biosynthetic process of each nanoparticle individually first. Once optimized, you can combine solution mixtures of both nanoparticles so that both metallic nanoparticles aggregate/adsorb to one another to form a bimetallic nanoparticle.
