I am working on Docetaxel in MDA MB 231 using 0.1nM-2000nM range, however, i am getting flat curve. all the cells are viable between 40-60%?

Here is my pipetting strategy.

1X Docetaxel Final Conc. (nM) - Media only DMSO only 0.1 0.3 1 3 10 30 100 300 1000 2000

My stock concentration is 1mM and I have prepared 10uM stock concentration from 1mM in culture media.

I don't understand what is wrong with my experiment and what should I do to correct it.
