I am working in Atlas Silvaco. Can i plot luminance (in cd/sq. m.) directly?

While simulating the OLED in Atlas Silvaco, i want to check Luminance in my device in cd/sq. m., but instead i am getting Luminescent power in w/um.

So can i directly plot luminance (cd/ sq. m.).

and if not i have taken width 1e8 (for A/sq. cm). so will luminescent power be also affected by this width?
