It depends on the number of points in the NEB calculation, I mean, the number of intermediate replicas that you will set to get the path. Also, it depends on the specific problem, because minimising the replicas will be more tedious if the path is complicated.

Nevertheless, I think it will take FOREVER. Just think that for 8 replicas you will need to use 2 processors per replica, and if it took a month with 16... You should consider to move to a proper cluster and use more processors, or try to reduce the system size if possible.
